Delete account
You can delete your account and related data at any time, in the app or by e-mail request.

Delete it in the app
- Open BetterMingle and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion
If you cannot sign in, e-mail us at info@bettermingle.app from the address registered to your account. We handle requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Credentials and profile — name, e-mail, phone number, avatar.
- Events you created, including their content.
- Your membership in other users’ events.
- App settings and usage records tied to your account.
What may remain
- Content you added to somebody else’s event (a chat message or an expense record, for example) may be retained to keep the event consistent for the remaining participants.
- Purchase records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law, typically 10 years.
- Backups are rotated continuously; data disappears from them within 90 days at the latest.
Subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in your Google Play account, otherwise it will keep renewing.
